Ownership. The format was mine to shape, and I carried all four episodes through delivery.

Problem

Expert video can become vague when the question is hidden inside a long conversation. The format needed to make each idea legible immediately without flattening the expertise behind it.

Decision

The structure was deliberately simple: a clear question appears on screen, followed by two people answering it. That gives viewers an immediate reason to stay and makes each exchange useful on its own.

Delivery

I carried the format through briefs, creative development, production, edits, distribution and performance reporting, keeping the same simple logic as the topics and contributors changed.

What it shows

It shows the thing I’m good at: finding the structure that makes expertise clearer, then staying close enough to delivery to keep it intact.
