The work

Ownership. I developed the format and delivered all four episodes end to end.

Problem

Expert video can become vague when the question is hidden inside a long conversation. The format needed to make each idea legible immediately without flattening the expertise behind it.

Decision

I developed a repeatable structure: a clear question appears on screen, followed by two people answering it. That gives viewers an immediate reason to stay and makes each exchange useful on its own.

Delivery

I carried the format through briefs, creative development, production, edits, distribution and performance reporting. I delivered all four episodes, protecting the same simple logic as the topics and contributors changed.

Result

Chats received SSP EPIC Gold for Video/Film in 2026. View the published winner announcement.

What it shows

The work demonstrates format development as a strategic skill: finding the structure that makes expertise clearer, then staying close enough to delivery to keep that structure intact.
